Jaclyn Mommen
The Boss
Jaclyn will oversee Patti’s Place development and management, ensure farm production is streamlined to provide inventory for Patti’s, handle human resources, and lead marketing, sales, and event promotion.
Jaclyn’s background includes: Vesta Viticulture and Enology Certified, Soil Food Web Consultant, MBA Hospitality Management, MAT Secondary Education. She is an effective communicator and team builder, excellent project manager comfortable with hard work and risk taking. She is also a dedicated environmentalist.
Nikki Mommen
The Talent
Nikki will manage the crafts and prepared foods at Patti’s with Jaclyn. She will ensure educational events are organized and implemented smoothly. She will create menus and manage social media marketing accounts for Patti’s Place.
Nikki’s background includes: Master chef, baker, crafter, and event planner. She has won numerous awards, taught classes, and developed a significant social media following in her home country of South Africa.
Len Mommen
The Skill
Len will explore sharing his implementation experience through educational events around things like woodworking and equipment repair. Len will also manage sub-contractors, maintain vineyard and farm equipment, and help with farming activities and record keeping.
Len’s background includes: Owns consulting firm in South Africa designing and overseeing installation of large commercial electrical [and mechanical] schematics. He is a skilled mechanic with years of car restoration experience.
